We hereby announce that at the Board of Directors meeting held on May 30, 2025, Toyota Konpon Research Institute resolved and tentatively approved a change in its Representative Director, effective as of the 29th Annual General Meeting of Shareholders scheduled for June 26, 2025.
The change will be formally finalized following approval at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders and the subsequent meeting of the Board of Directors.
